How does the app work?

1.  Simple Setup: The employee registers the meeting in the app.
2.  QR Code: After the meeting, the app generates a QR code that the citizen can scan with their phone.
3.  Three Questions: The citizen answers three key questions to assess:

1. Whether they felt listened to.
2. Whether the advisor understood their situation.
3. Whether the offered services felt meaningful.

Their feedback is then shared with the employee right away – providing them with an opportunity to reflect and respond if the encounter didn’t produce the desired outcomes.
